Information we collect

To operate the student check-in/check-out system, we collect student names and birthdates, guardian names, phone numbers, and relationship to the student, and timestamps of check-in and check-out events.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Record and display attendance for enrolled students.
• Send text message notifications to guardians when their student checks in or out.
• Send text message requests for permission when a guardian opts a student into self-checkin.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent guardian or student information to third parties. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to transmit the notifications described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Data retention

We retain attendance and contact records for as long as a student is enrolled at the Center, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request that your information be corrected or removed by contacting the front desk.
