These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the student check-in/check-out portal and SMS notification service operated by Kumon Sunnyvale Lowlanders ("the Center," "we," "us"). By providing your phone number to the Center or using this service, you agree to these terms.
The Center uses this portal to record student attendance (check-in and check-out) and to send text message notifications to guardians confirming attendance events, and to request digital permission for self-checkin where applicable.
This service is provided for the purpose of managing attendance for students enrolled at the Center. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access records for students you are not a guardian of, or interfere with the normal operation of the portal or attendance kiosk.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep attendance records and notifications accurate and timely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or instant delivery of text messages, which depend on third-party carriers outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
